The Building Services and Systems training gives an overview and understanding of the concept of the common systems of a building that supports and runs the building systems and services work.

Course Objective

This training enables the learners to:

  • Attain an understanding on an overview of the major systems that supports the building operations and functions.
  • Description of the key components of building systems and services within the building.
  • Documentation of proper recording of occurrences and defects accurately that affected building components in incident reports in the event of a situation.
  • Identifying the fire hazards, various types of fire protection installations and equipment in their premises and their operational control.
  • Acquire basic knowledge of the principal consideration, planning parameters and effective execution of evacuation plan during an emergency
